Good knowledge about Injection machine process and maintenance activites. 5.Maintain all machine maintenance releated documents (B/D, PDCA, Analysis, Detail Summary) 6.Achieve Improvement & Training to sub- Ordinates. 7.Do the work organised by section incharge & Report its complete details. 8.Do the machine daily check sheet as per plan by incharge and resolve the issues independently. 9.Attend breakdown maintenance and solve the issues. 10.Co-ordinating for Improvement work activities. 11.Discuss & prepare material request slip & monitor the critical spares. 12.Review the Machine check sheet - Reports daily (Assy,Injection, Utility). 13.Making manual for servicing the new equipment & Maintaining the same for all equipments. 14.Yearly maintenance budget prepertaion. 15.To verify the Critical spares stock status & consumption details. 16.To excellent electrical drawing and mechanical drawing reading and analysing. 17.Good knowledge electrial work and mechanical work MUST REQUIRED EQUIPMENTS : 1.
