We are looking for a BI lead with development experience and who will continue to do the lead part as well as development.

Job Description:

Technical Must Haves: Power BI , DAX queries (3+ Years) · DataBricks (Python/Scala) – 3 to 4+ years · Azure data factory · SQL · Good Knowledge of DataWarehousing

Technical Good To Have: Azure Blob storge. Lean & Agile

Soft Skills required: Good command over English communication (Mandatory) · Ability to lead and drive initiatives independently.

Experience Total: (Min & Max) Min 7 Years

Experience Relevant: (Min) 4-5 years

Project Objective · The profile should be a Lead data engineer as we would want this person to be present during the transition phase and also actively work on the transition plan.

Good hands on experience on PowerBI reports building complex reports and dashboards connecting to different types of data sources – ADLS, Databases, sharepoint, etc. · Good hands-on knowledge in Azure Databricks (Python) with 3-4+ years of experience. · Good knowledge of Data warehousing with at least 7+ years in BI field should be good to begin with. · Being a lead he/she should be good in stakeholder management and also lead the BI team in the near future. · Knowledge of Agile ways of working with User story creation etc will be a plus.

Shifts / Work: General Shift. Sometimes need to start at 8AM in the morning

Main activity:

Work with business to understand a BI and data product requirements.

Identify the right sources of data and understand the data with business data analysts.

Get the required data in the CDL (Azure Corporate Data Lake) platform.

Build data transformation (Data Bricks) to develop the required data sets and data product.

Build data visualization (Power BI) utilizing the data in CDL.

Support developed solution.

Monitor usage and user satisfaction (continuous improvement).
