Power Engineer

As a Power Engineer at Swarnakaar Enterprises, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of genset controllers, substations, and turbine systems. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute installation and commissioning projects for genset controllers, substations, and turbine systems. - Conduct site assessments, prepare detailed project plans, and schedules. - Supervise field teams, providing technical guidance during installation and commissioning activities. - Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for power generation and distribution equipment. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. - Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. - Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. - Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of genset controllers and substations. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and standards. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
