Role Description

This internship role is for a Postdoctoral Researcher at IIIT-Delhi, located on-site in South Delhi. The researcher will be involved in designing and conducting advanced research projects, preparing research reports, collaborating with faculty and students, and contributing to teaching or mentoring activities as required. The individual will have access to state-of-the-art labs and resources and will work closely with other researchers and stakeholders to advance innovative projects.

This is for National Post Doctoral Fellowship (NPDF) position as supported by ANRF.

Qualifications

• Candidate should meet all guidelines of ANRF Postdoctoral Fellowship - https://anrfonline.in/ANRF/npdf
• PhD in Electrical / Electronics or allied fields with strong demonstrated expertise in SRAM design.
• Expertise of SRAM Cell, Periphery, and System design (all 3) is strongly desired.
• Expertise in In-Memory Compute is highly desirable.
• Experience with academic writing, publication of research papers, and technical documentation.
• Experience of Validation - Test Chip Design and Testing
• High Proficiency in EDA tools (Virtuoso, HSPICE, Eldo, Calibre etc), programming languages, and data analysis platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and independent research skills
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities to work with interdisciplinary teams
• Planning and Program Management skills with prior experience of working in and leading teams is highly desireable.
