Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Bridge management and employee relations
Manage recruitment and selection
Conduct orientation and training programs
Support organizational development through engagement and motivation
Develop and monitor HR systems and policies
Foster a positive working environment
Oversee performance appraisals
Maintain compensation and benefits programs
Assess and manage training needs
Report on HR metrics to management
Ensure legal compliance in HR practices
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Stay updated through HR workshops, publications, and networks

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience as HR Business Partner
Strong interpersonal and results-driven skills
Familiarity with HR metrics and systems
Strategic thinking with leadership ability
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Education/Pedigree

Bachelor s degree or equivalent certification in HR or Organization Development
Participation in HR communities such as SHRM/NHRD is a plus
