PMO - Continuous Improvement

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the transition of processes and manpower to the newly established GCC and coordinate with various stakeholders across domestic and international locations

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements and implement Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new tools and other technology solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement

• Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and present progress updates, reports, and improvement plans to senior management

• Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience of manufacturing sector and leading process improvement or transformation initiatives

• Proven experience in managing GCC implementation projects within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the steel and power industry

• Strong expertise in Six Sigma methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable

• Extensive experience with SAP-ERP systems and other related technology initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus

• Certification or experience with process improvement frameworks such as 6 Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software

• Understanding of global business operations and regulatory compliance
