Maintain and timely updates of PMO documentation, templates, and records.
• Ensure seamless execution day-to-day functioning of PMO processes.
• Initiate in the onboarding /offboarding of team members as per defined processes.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards on assets, onboarding, procurement, project related metrics, etc.
• Maintain resource trackers, leave and rewards tracker, allocation records, etc
• Coordinate resource requests with recruitment team.
• Maintain and manage Assets details, inventory management, asset audits, etc
• Identify inefficiencies in PMO operations and propose improvements.
• Assist in the development and refinement of PMO processes and templates.
• Collaborate with internal project teams and external (IT/network, Admin, Security, Procurement, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Design, develop, maintain regular & ad-hoc reports, dashboards, & visualizations using tools like Excel (mandatory), Power BI (optional), Power Apps (optional) or other reporting tools.
• Ensure that reports provided to stakeholders are accurate, timely, and relevant.
• Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ability to create clear and visually appealing reports and presentations.
