Job Title: PMO / Project Management Analyst IT Services
Experience: 3+ Years Location: Mumbai (Client Site) Industry: IT Services / Banking (Preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Management professional with a strong background in IT services projects. The role involves supporting program and project governance activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders, and maintaining effective project controls. Experience working with banking clients is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Track and manage overall project and program-level milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Support PMO activities across multiple IT projects involving technologies such as Python, Data Transformation, and Full Stack Development Handle resource management, including allocation, utilization tracking, and coordination with delivery teams Manage attendance and timesheet tracking, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Perform pipeline tracking and management, coordinating with business and client contacts Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and MIS for internal and client reviews Act as a liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams Ensure adherence to project management processes, governance standards, and client requirements Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning

Required Skills & Qualifications At least 3+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management roles within IT services projects Strong understanding of software development and IT delivery environments (Python, data-related projects, full stack development, etc.) Excellent people management and client management skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination abilities Proficiency in project tracking tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards

Good to Have
Prior work experience with a banking or financial services client Exposure to large-scale programs or multi-project environments
