Track and validate timesheets and billable hours across projects.
Generate and submit client invoices in coordination with finance.
Monitor billing cycles and follow up on pending approvals.
Resolve discrepancies between timesheets, billing reports, and client expectations.
Maintain resource utilization reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with delivery leads to allocate resources based on project needs.
Monitor resource availability and address conflicts or overallocations.
Support onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
Create and manage purchase orders aligned with project budgets.
Track PO approvals, vendor invoices, and payment status.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO-related issues.
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on billing, resource usage, and PO status.
Support internal audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
Assist in process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a PMO or project operations role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with DocuSign, SAP, or similar platforms is a plus.
