Job Description

Must have: Engineering Graduate (BE/BTech) .

Preferably women candidates.

Responsibilities:

Must Have 1. He / She must have SAP background.

Must Have 2. Regular follow-up with team for deliverables, project deadlines and task assignments.

Must Have 3. Validation for monthly consultant reports.

Must Have 4. Requirement assignments validation in place by the leads.

Must Have 5. He must be good in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Must Have 6. She require to develop Management Presentation.

Must Have 7. Good in organizing documentations.

Must Have 8. Attending business meeting, understand requirements and involve the team. Make project notes and publish MoM,

Must Have 9. Arranging business/support feedback.

Must Have 10. To participate in team activities and team planning with the aim of improving team skills, awareness, and quality of work.

Must Have 11. To accurately log time for completed tasks, should have working experience on Agile methodology.

Must Have 12. Assist project managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and other project documentation

Must Have 13. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

Must Have 14. Maintain project management tools and templates.

Must Have 15. Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Must Have 16. Support risk and issue management processes.

Must Have 17. Collect and analyze project data to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on project status, risks, and issues.

Must Have 18. Contribute to the development of PMO dashboards and metrics

Must Have 19. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in project management systems

Must Have 20. Support the implementation and adherence to PMO standards, policies, and procedures.

Must Have 21. Assist in the audit of project compliance with PMO guidelines

Must Have 22. Support communication efforts related to PMO activities and project updates.

Must Have • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

Must Have • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).(Having Pirnce-2, PMP certification will be added weightage to profile)

Must Have • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).

Must Have • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Must Have • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Must Have • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership Must Have • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Must Have • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Must Have • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
