Plumbing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute plumbing and firefighting projects from start to finish.
• Manage site activities independently with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project timelines.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance at all times.
• Handle material planning, vendor coordination, and work allocation.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed progress reports and ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
• Conduct inspections and ensure installations meet design and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in

  Mechanical or Civil Engineering

  .

• 5+ years of experience

  in plumbing and firefighting project management.
• In-depth technical knowledge of piping layouts, pumps, valves, fittings, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and coordinate with consultants.
• Hands-on experience in handling manpower and site execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project tracking tools).
• Must be

  self-driven and capable of handling projects independently
