Help in carrying, unpacking, and positioning of units as per design drawings. Operate tools and equipment under supervision safely and efficiently. Follow installation instructions given by the lead carpenter or supervisor. Perform basic tasks such as drilling, fitting, screwing, and alignment work. Maintain worksite hygiene and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues or delays. Required Skills & Experience : 3–4 years of experience as an Assistant Carpenter (modular or general carpentry). Working knowledge of hand and power tools like drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc. Ability to read basic measurements and follow site layouts or instructions. Physically fit for site work, handling furniture components, and lifting. Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn from senior team members. Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience in modular kitchen installation. Understanding of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminate, and common fittings.
