Job Description

Conduct routine inspections of guestrooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.
Respond to maintenance requests from all departments quickly and efficiently.
Diagnose and repair faults in electrical circuits, AC units, plumbing lines, and mechanical equipment.
Perform room PM as per schedule (painting, minor repairs, fixture tightening, AC check, bathroom fittings, etc.).
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while using tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge of building systems
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Great time management skills
Knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry and plumbing
Critical-thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
