Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWRO pipes, column pipes, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.To achieve the sales volume and collection as per target.Looking after overall Sales and Marketing of PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWR pipes, Column pipes, and Underground drainage pipes.HDPE Sprinkle systems and fittings.Increase in sales efficiency with focus on managing performance of sales team through proper coaching, skill development and motivation.To build strong relationship with key customers and distributors.Sales Reporting.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for PVC pipe products.Identify and establish relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches.Manage and expand the existing client base, ensuring long-term business relationships.Conduct negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations with clients.Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).10 years of experience in PVC pipe sales or similar industrial product sales.Strong network of dealers, distributors, and industrial clients in the PVC industry.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and expand the business - Over all TNConduct Plumber, Distributer, Dealers Meeting Every Month
