Job Title: Electrician/Plumber (Maintenance)

About Us:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician/Plumber to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the electrical and plumbing systems of our commercial building, hotel, or wedding hall.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and electrical panels

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed

- Install new electrical systems and equipment as required

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations

Plumbing:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances

- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs as needed

- Install new plumbing systems and equipment as required

- Ensure compliance with plumbing safety codes and regulations

General Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment

- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as an electrician/plumber

- Valid electrical/plumbing license (optional)

- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, including safety codes and regulations

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and customer service skills

Working Conditions:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with occasional overtime)

- On-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests

- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions
