Electrician/Plumber

You are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician/Plumber to join the maintenance team responsible for maintaining the electrical and plumbing systems of commercial buildings, hotels, or wedding halls. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and electrical panels - Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs - Install new electrical systems and equipment as needed - Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations Plumbing: - Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances - Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs - Install new plumbing systems and equipment as required - Ensure compliance with plumbing safety codes and regulations General Maintenance: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and equipment inspections - Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies - Collaborate with other maintenance staff for efficient operations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience as an electrician/plumber - Valid electrical/plumbing license (optional) - Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, safety codes, and regulations - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and customer service skills If you are a skilled electrician/plumber with experience looking for a new challenge, please submit your application along with your resume.
