Villa Caretaker

A Villa Caretaker ensures a property is secure, clean, and fully functional, handling daily upkeep, guest services (check-in/out, requests), basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical), landscaping, managing supplies/staff, and coordinating repairs, requiring responsibility, problem-solving, and good communication for a seamless experience for owners or guests. Key Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning (dusting, mopping), supervise major cleaning, handle waste, and maintain outdoor areas (gardening, pressure washing).
• Technical Tasks: Conduct basic repairs (leaky faucets, light fixtures), check security/alarm systems, and ensure all utilities are working.
• Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle payments, assist with requests, provide local info, and ensure guest comfort.
• Security: Monitor premises, operate security systems, manage access, and respond to issues.
• Inventory & Supplies: Track and order cleaning supplies, tools, and household essentials; manage inventory.
• Administrative: Keep records of maintenance, incidents, and potentially manage bookings.
• Coordination: Source and supervise external contractors for major repairs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property management.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Common Add-ons (Especially in Goa)

• Driving license and comfort in coastal traffic.
• Experience with luxury villas and handling guests.
• Ability to prepare simple meals or manage a commis chef.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
