About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Chennai (OMR). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL, Data Migration, SQL Queries, and Oracle database tools such as Toad or SQL Developer. This is a male-only hiring mandate due to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Design and implement database schemas, tables, views, and indexes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
• Conduct data analysis and support report generation and enhancement.
• Create and run data migration scripts between systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with internal standards.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and reusable code assets.

Mandatory Skills:

• ETL and Data Migration
• SQL Queries
• Oracle Database tools: Toad or SQL Developer
• PL/SQL Programming (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers)

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and performance tuning
• Experience in ETL pipelines and data warehouse integration
• Advanced PL/SQL features: collections, ref cursors, dynamic SQL, materialized views
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3.5 to 4+ years of proven Oracle PL/SQL development experience
• Oracle Database certifications are an added advantage
