Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualizer – Graphic Designer to bring learning content to life through stunning visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in digital learning environments and enjoys creating across platforms—from eLearning to social media and print.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging screens and visual elements for eLearning modules (SCORM/Rise/Storyline-based).
• Develop icons, characters, infographics, and storyboards aligned with instructional goals.
• Create layouts for learner guides, facilitator workbooks, and other print-ready materials.
• Produce visually striking assets for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to turn ideas into learner-friendly visuals.
• Ensure consistency in style, spacing, typography, and accessibility across formats.
• Maintain and organize design asset libraries and manage version control.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Visualizer (eLearning industry a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and social media.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Bonus skills: Basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Figma.
• Understanding of screen-based design principles (UI clarity, balance, legibility).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SCORM, HTML5, and eLearning development tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines with creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
