As a Visualizer at Bandish Studios located in Salisbury Park, Pune, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing visually appealing ideas for various digital and print media projects. Your strong design aesthetics, storytelling abilities, and brand understanding will be key in collaborating with creative and motion graphics teams to bring concepts to life. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually compelling concepts. - Design layouts, graphics, and visual elements for digital and print media. - Create storyboards, mood boards, and mockups for video and campaign concepts. - Ensure design consistency by collaborating with creative, video, and production teams. - Develop visuals for marketing materials, branding, social media, and advertising campaigns. - Provide visual inputs and references to support motion graphic and video teams. - Adapt designs to different formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity. - Present creative ideas and design options for internal and client reviews. - Revise visuals based on feedback and deliver final designs within deadlines. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual output. - Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience as a Visualizer or in a similar creative role, preferably in an agency or production house. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.). - Strong visualization, ideation, and conceptual thinking skills. - Excellent sense of layout, color, and typography. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good communication and presentation skills.
