Job Summary:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's & its clients social media presence. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media trends and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling content that is aligned with the brand’s voice and goals. This includes text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Engagement: Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner, and interact with followers to build a positive community.
• Campaign Support: Supports the planning and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Analytics: Track and report on the performance of social media activities. Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships or freelance work are also valued).
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Creativity and an eye for design, with basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop being a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for social media, trends, and online engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience in using analytics tools to track social media performance (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).
