Role Associate Creative Quality Visualizer Location - Bangalore HQ About the Team The role is a part of the Catalogs Creative Team. Cataloging is critical in enabling online shopping, where digital versions of the products are created to show the customers what the product looks and feels like. We use the right imagery, text and videos to accurately depict product details and help customers make the right decision. At Myntra studios we use some of the best quality equipment along with advanced Al- led image processing and NLP based tools to deliver high quality content to our customers. Roles & Responsibilities A bridging role between production and post- production team, the Creative Quality team acts as the quality gatekeeper for catalog imagery quality. The team extensively works with both studio teams to ensure best output, with editing and re-editing teams to constantly update them on imagery benchmarking and cross- functional team for LVP enhancement through re-positioning of imagery, better cropping or resizing of images, image edits etc. Responsibility: Coordinating with the imagery production and post-production team to create best quality images. Training the Myntra partner studios with our guidelines and mentoring them through the process whilst trying to bring them at par with our in-house production. Come up with innovative ideas to constantly improve the catalog experience for the customers. Work in tandem with various teams within the catalog and outside to bring offline experience to the online shopping and improve the customer engagement on the app. Perform the quality check for the visuals for issues related to Photography, styling and editing. Ensuring daily targets are met along with the high end quality deliverables. Skills: Must possess passion for fashion and have a keen eye to detail. A problem solver who would help us bring offline experience into the world of online shopping. Excellent team and time management skills to coordinate between various teams while ensuring timely completion of tasks at hand. Should be good at translating ideas into well articulated presentations. Hands on understanding of fashion styling and photography. Should have knowledge of photoshop/ illustrator/ lightroom. Qualifications & Experience Should be graduate from design college, preferably in Fashion Communication At least 4 years of experience in fashion studios or a fashion house Ideally from an e-Com background. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment. Portfolio mandatory.

Responsibilities : Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects.Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. Develop detailed textures, lighting, and animations to enhance visualizations. Ensure all visualizations meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively. Provide input and feedback on design concepts and ideas. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals. Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and resources. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D visualization software and hardware. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development. Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed. Requirements : Bachelors degree in 3D Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D visualization software (e.g. 3ds Max, Corona, SketchUp, photoshop). Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes. Experience with animation and video editing software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. A portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization work. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques. Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge in Interior and exterior architectural design.

Job Requirements : - Demonstrated ability to produce a wide variety of graphic products including social media posts, logos, newsletters, business cards, letterheads, flyer, brochures, newspaper ads, greeting cards, envelopes, banners, invitation cards, etc - Experience in all software tools of Graphics like Illustrator, Photoshop/Coral Draw & InDesign,etc - Basic working knowledge of After Effects for creating small animated videos for social media. - Good graphical skills, creative flair, visualizing skills and color sense. - Good knowledge and experience of different media applications, i.e. print, web, and multimedia. - Knowledge of using AI tools - Candidate with prior agency experience will be given more preference.

Responsibilities Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics. Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design. Consult with clients marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients corporate cultures and goals. Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. Proofreading and preparing designs to be sent to print.

A strong portfolio of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD. Having experience in Graphic Designing. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation Schedule projects and define budget constraints. Experience in Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Key Tasks - Develop and unify visual concepts for campaigns, social media and digital marketing material collaborating with creative teams to maintain cohesive brand aesthetics. Strong concept ideation and moodboard creation for campaigns. In-depth use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Skilled at integrating AI outputs into final creative assets. Must have - Either Fintech or working at a brand/startup - Experience in Study-Abroad Financing domain will be an added advantage
