Job Description

As an experienced professional with 3 - 8 years of experience in understanding business processes, training content development, instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Must have experience in developing functional training for large software systems like PLM, ERP, CRM, etc. - Proficiency in content creation tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. - Awareness of different modules in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. - Understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and writing standards. - Organizational and time management abilities, exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, along with critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Working experience with Agile approaches like LeSS, SAFe, Kanban, with a good working knowledge of ALM tools like JIRA and Confluence. Qualifications required for this role include: - Corporate training experience is a plus. - Experience in LMS Management. - Corporate training skills and experience. - Functional experience in the automotive domain. - Training & Development or ID certification would be beneficial.,
