Job Description

Knowledge / Experience • 3 - 8 years of experience in understanding business process, training content development, instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery or any equivalent combination of consulting, training and experience. • Must have experience in developing functional training for large software systems like PLM, ERP, CRM, etc. • Proficient in content creation tools like Camtasia / Articulate storyline, PPT, SharePoint, etc. • Awareness of different modules in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. • Understanding of ID methodologies, adult learning principles and writing standards. • Organizational and time management abilities, phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills along with critical thinking and decision making. • Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS, SAFe, Kanban with good working knowledge with ALM tools like JIRA and confluence. • Good to have: Corporate training experience LMS Management Experience.
