About the Position: We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join the Manufacturing Quality at Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager. This position is based at our office in Manesar, India. Your Responsibilities will be: Guarantee Quality control on products, through control plan Quality control on production processes, through the analysis on equipment capacity, wastes, planned maintenance, control plans Support Manufacturing Engineering in the definition of needs in terms of measurement equipment and related maintenance plans, (tooling), production processes and control plans, as a consequence of the audit results Ensure the correct application of process methods and specifications performing process audits New processes qualification, that support the Official Production Starting Control Plans for Quality controls in BLs Plant to guarantee final product quality Intervene for corrections whenever necessary to prevent delivery of parts not conforming to Customer specific and legal requirements Ensure periodical product requalification (according to Customer and QMS requirements) Perform Conformity of Production (COP) verification on product characteristics submitted to type approval, regulatory and safety requirement Apply MSA techniques and carry out R&R analyses on measuring and monitoring systems in production Provide updates on system compliance to Quality Manager in order to discuss Quality opportunities and improvements Act as co-ordinator for Environment Management System ISO14001 and ISO 45001 for Health and safety management system Support for promoting energy saving techniques and take a part in energy efficient methods What Qualifications you will bring: B.Tech in Electronics Other skills that we would welcome: APQP, Control Plan Root cause analysis tools SPC, MSA & PPAP 7 QC Tools SMT Technology, PCB Manufacturing Expectations from you in this position: To make Control Plans and hands on experience in SMT Technology, PCB Manufacturing Take the next step: Together, we will drive the world towards a safer, greener, and better-connected future.
