Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager at our Bengaluru location. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, manufacturing operations, and ensuring the efficient management of plant resources. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, optimizing production efficiency, and coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals. The role also involves supervising plant staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
