The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency in manufacturing processes and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production planning, coordinating with various departments, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves leading a team, problem-solving operational challenges, and ensuring the smooth execution of plant management tasks. Qualifications Plant Management and Plant Operations skills to oversee daily manufacturing processes effectively Operations Management and Production Planning expertise to optimize resources and meet production schedules Manufacturing Operations knowledge to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in the lubricants or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
