The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, manufacturing operations, and ensuring the efficient management of plant resources. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, optimizing production efficiency, and coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals. The role also involves supervising plant staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Skills in Plant Management and Operations Management Experience in Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations Proficiency in Production Planning Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
