As a Plant Manager at Jaipur Integrated Texcraft Park Pvt Ltd (JAIPURBLOC), RIICO Industrial Area, Bagru, Jaipur, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a 500 KLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) within the textile processing sector. This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to lead a critical environmental infrastructure project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations of the CETP, ensuring compliance with environmental standards - Supervise and coordinate plant staff, maintenance teams, and contractors - Oversee unit operations including Equalization, DAF, Aeration Tanks, Clarifiers, PSF, ACF, UF, and RO MEE and all related areas - Monitor performance data and troubleshoot operational issues - Manage laboratory and compliance teams for process optimization **Ideal Candidate:** - Preferably a Mechanical Engineer (preferred) with minimum 5-7 years of experience in ETP or CETP operations, or an Environmental Engineer with experience in CETP - Strong knowledge of biological treatment, membrane systems, and sludge handling - Capable of managing both technical and administrative aspects of a CETP - Experience in energy-efficient and cost-effective operations will be an added advantage If you are ready to take ownership of a critical sustainability role and lead a technically sound, mission-driven team, we would love to connect.
