We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of a 500 KLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) situated in Jaipur Integrated Texcraft Park Pvt Ltd (JAIPURBLOC), RIICO Industrial Area, Bagru, Jaipur. This presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead a crucial environmental infrastructure project within the textile processing sector. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CETP, ensuring strict adherence to environmental standards. Supervising and coordinating plant staff, maintenance teams, and contractors will be integral to your role. Additionally, you will oversee unit operations encompassing Equalization, DAF, Aeration Tanks, Clarifiers, PSF, ACF, UF, and RO MEE, along with all associated areas. Monitoring performance data, troubleshooting operational issues, and managing laboratory and compliance teams for process optimization are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate should ideally be a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ETP or CETP operations. Alternatively, an Environmental Engineer with specific CETP experience would also be suitable. Proficiency in biological treatment, membrane systems, and sludge handling is essential. You should be adept at managing both the technical and administrative facets of a CETP. Prior experience in energy-efficient and cost-effective operations will be advantageous. This position is based in JaipurBloc, Rajasthan, and the joining is expected to be immediate or within 1-2 months.
