Plant Manager

As a Plant Manager at our Aluminum cap manufacturing facility in Dombivli, your role will be crucial in overseeing the operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations to maintain a smooth workflow and enhance efficiency. - Planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to meet set targets. - Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. - Monitoring and improving production processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. - Managing plant staff by providing training, creating schedules, and evaluating performance. - Maintaining quality control standards and ensuring adherence to GMP. - Implementing cost-effective measures to optimize operational expenses. - Ensuring proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime. - Collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams to manage raw material inventory and ensure timely dispatches. - Preparing reports on production performance, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of experience in plant management, preferably in Aluminum cap manufacturing. You should have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is a plus.
