Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Etawah. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage production planning, and ensure seamless manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include coordinating plant activities, optimizing operational efficiency, and supervising compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant Operations Experience in Operations Management and Production Planning Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional coordination Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
