Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Etawah. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage production planning, and ensure seamless manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include coordinating plant activities, optimizing operational efficiency, and supervising compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Experience in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
