Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations to ensure manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, production planning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading manufacturing activities. The Plant Manager will also coordinate with various departments to meet production goals and drive continuous improvements.

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Proven expertise in Manufacturing Operations
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
