Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Amritsar. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage production schedules, and ensure efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing processes, maintaining quality and safety standards, and achieving operational targets. The role also involves supervising teams, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Management, Plant Operations, and managing a team in a manufacturing setting
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning to optimize workflows and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including the ability to maintain quality standards and oversee production processes
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in concrete manufacturing or related industries is a plus
