Job Description

As the Plant Incharge/Plant Head/Manager Plant Operations, your role is crucial in overseeing all aspects of plant manufacturing, productivity, quality, maintenance, capacity expansion projects, process improvements, and cost efficiencies within the unit. You should have a background in FMCG and be familiar with plant operations in Rajasthan. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage factory operations including production, engineering, quality control, inventory management, and project management. - Execute production plans to meet monthly targets, ensure resource efficiency, manage costs effectively, and continuously improve unit performance through cost analysis and process monitoring. - Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to align plant operations with business goals. - Drive quality initiatives, process improvements, and lean practices to maintain profitable operations. - Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, standardize new products, and maintain occupational health standards. - Develop people through building positive employee relationships, monitoring team performance, providing necessary training, and demonstrating strong leadership skills. - Perform daily ERP data entry, conduct meetings, problem-solving, and mentor direct reports. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 10 years of experience in food manufacturing as a Plant Manager, preferably in Jaipur, Rajasthan. - Excellent people management skills, self-motivation, strong presentation and communication abilities, proficient planning and organizing skills. - Interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and creativity.
