Plant Human Resources Executive

Below are the job details:

Position Title/Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer/ Asst. Manager HR & Admin

Location: Halol, Gujrat.

Statutory & Compliance:

• Handling Statutory Compliances relating to Pan India Plant Compliance.
• Responsible preparation and keep ready MIS / reports related to employees payroll & compliance for statutory / Internal audits for group companies.
• Preparation of MIS Data for plant compliance as per requirement for group companies.
• Responsible for KEKA implementation with all modules at Plants.

Employee Welfare & Engagement:

• To extend support for Employee Engagement and Welfare.
• Employees Welfare activities such as, PPEs and Uniform Management and its record keeping for PAN India Plants.
• Support to Plant-HR for Periodical Medical Check Up / Medical Assistance etc.

General Administration & Management

• Supervision and management of General Administration, Housekeeping management of Halol both plants.
• To ensure contract labour deployment and effective utilisation at plant.
• To ensure proper hospitality for guest (Visitors) during plant visit.

HSSE Management

• Security & Contract Labor Management, Availability of new vendors and Manpower as & when required.
• Coordinate with plant supervisors to ensure 100% PPEs compliance.
• Coordinate with plant supervisors to ensure Housekeeping and environment compliance.

Extended support to:

• Extend Support to HR team for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Extended support for employees engagement activity at plant level.
• Any other HR reports require by AVP- HR / Management
• Extend support to Administration In charge such as Hotel Booking for Guests/ Employees etc.
• Supporting in New Joining Process / Induction program along with Joining KIT preparations
• Extend Support in Managing IT & Assets at Plant.
• Any other / exceptional activities assigned by the Reporting Manager time to time to meet the organisation requirements.
