Job Description

  • We are seeking for a HR Manager with good knowledge and experience in HRM,
  • Industry relations, govt liaison, statutory compliance, labour laws, recruitment, induction,
  • on boarding / training and full settlements of employees.
  • An IR / HR manager is tasked with ensuring that employees of the organisation comply with
  • laws and regulations, follow proper procedures, and function as efficiently as possible. And
  • hence this position is the heart of the organisation.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • • Recruitment
  • • On- Boarding
  • • Trainings of fresher
  • • Final Settlements of salaries, PF, ESI, Gratuity.
  • • Policy implementation and supervision.
  • • Balance between staff and management.
  • • Strong knowledge and experience of Statutory compliance ( PF, ESI, Gratuity)
  • • Time and attendance management.
  • • Generating Payroll
  • • Solve Employee Grievances
  • • Liaison with government departments.
  • • Labour Laws.
  • • Factory laws.
  • • Renewal of factory related licenses
  • • Office administration and supervision
  • • Hands on experience in dealing with labour unions if required.
  • • Should have some exposure to manufacturing sector
  • • Computer skills on MS Office and major ERP’s.
  • • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • • Sound independent judgement
  • • Objectively review Organizations business Processes.
  • • Make recommendation to Management on how to improve internal controls and
  • Governance.
  • • Ensure that the Organization is Complying with relevant laws & statutes.
  • • Have an eye to detail in observing all documents
  • Job Requirements:
  • 1 - Qualifications
  • Necessary
  • a. Bachelor’s Degree.
  • b. MBA/ Any masters related to HR.
  • 2 - Knowledge
  • Necessary knowledge in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Statutory compliance.
  • 3 - Experience
  • 3-7 years’ experience in as an HR in an organisation of good repute.
  • 4 -Special Requirements
  • The HR executive should be proficient in written and oral communication, both in the dominant language(s) of their particular location. Excellent communication skills are essential. Good English Speaking Skills.
  • 5 - Personal Characteristics
  • Analytical ability to identify weakness and the capacity to translate findings into meaningful
    recommendations and to communicate such findings and recommendations in a clear andconcise manner in an audit report. Active sense of business awareness. Tact, discretion andself - assurance. Capability to adapt to continually changing work environments and to work both alone and as a member of a team. Willingness to undertake travel as required.
