Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Drive recruitment for plant-level roles across functions
  • Focus on diversity hiring and inclusive workforce practices

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates

Talent Management & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
  • Support performance management processes and career development plans

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain a positive work environment

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 4-9 years of experience in Plant HR or Manufacturing HR roles
  • Strong understanding of employee life cycle, HR operations, and employee engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
