Plant Human Resource Manager nashik 12 - 20 years INR 13.0 - 20.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources functions at our manufacturing facility in Nasik. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Non-Woven or Pharmaceutical industries , with strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , safety measures , and compliance practices relevant to plant operations. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration Manage end-to-end HR activities at the plant including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems. Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory act, and other statutory compliances. Maintain accurate HR documentation and statutory records. Workforce Management Handle workforce planning, contract labor management, and attendance/leave administration. Implement performance management processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement Build strong relationships with employees and resolve plant-level HR issues effectively. Conduct engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. SOPs, Safety & Training Ensure HRs role in supporting plant safety guidelines, audits, and compliance. Coordinate training programs on safety measures, SOP adherence, and skill development. Coordination with HO & Management Act as a bridge between the plant and corporate HR for smooth communication and policy implementation. Support management in driving culture, values, and organizational objectives at the plant level. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 1020 years of HR experience, preferably in Non-Woven / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of SOPs, plant operations, and safety protocols . Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, labor law, and contract workforce management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
