Full Time
To manage day-to-day HR operations at the fabrication plant including attendance, shift deployment, hiring coordination, documentation, compliance, and on-site welfare support ensuring disciplined people operations that enable throughput without causing administrative bottlenecks.
1. Maintain daily attendance, biometric, and shift rosters for all plant departments — ensure accuracy and shift-wise availability.
2. Coordinate hiring and onboarding for workmen, technicians, and junior staff — maintain documentation, ID issuance, and record-keeping.
3. Ensure that all employees and contractual manpower at the plant are deployed in line with approved headcount, shift logic, and safety requirements.
4. Maintain up-to-date employee master records, including leaves, medicals, experience, skill certifications, and background checks.
5. Handle uniform distribution, PPE issuance, canteen/food tokens, transport coordination (if applicable), and stay arrangements for outstation staff.
6. Track daily manpower allocation against plan in coordination with Production Head, Maintenance, Quality, and Stores.
7. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, labor licenses, wage payments) in coordination with the central HR team.
8. Maintain discipline in entry/exit logs, ID access, and shift handover protocols.
9. Address grievances related to facilities, conduct, or fatigue, and escalate unresolved cases to the HR Head.
10. Maintain vendor coordination and documentation for outsourced security, housekeeping, and cafeteria services.
11. Support fire safety drills, HR induction sessions, and internal communication rollouts at the plant level.
