We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager to lead HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, training, and performance management.

✔ MBA in HR with proven experience in a plant/manufacturing setup.✔ 8–12 years of relevant HR experience (minimum 3–4 years in a leadership role).✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
