Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR and Admin Manager to join our mid-sized manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and administration, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: HR Functions:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, manage employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and track employee development
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, administer benefits programs, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Organization Structure: Optimize the organization structure to support business growth and efficiency

Admin Functions:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the plant facilities
  • Transportation: Manage the company's transportation needs, including employee transportation and logistics
  • Employee Welfare: Implement employee welfare programs and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a mid-sized manufacturing plant between 200-500 cr
  • Experience with employee relations investigations and grievance handling
