Job Description

Define and execute plant-level goals aligned with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency, cost structure, and delivery timelines.
Manage operations across design, fabrication, testing, final inspection, packaging, and dispatch.
Implement process standardization and ensure consistent output quality using ISO 9001 framework.
Ensure all products meet contractual and regulatory standards.
Lead internal audits, non-conformance resolution, and corrective action implementation.
Establish and monitor plant budgets, production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime), and variance analysis.
Identify and eliminate cost drivers while preserving product integrity.
Hire, train, and mentor production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and skill enhancement.
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Manage facility upkeep, safety systems, and equipment lifecycle planning.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and spares.
Collaborate with vendors, vendors, and logistics to streamline inflow and dispatch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
