Plant Head

As the Plant Head for a leading Aluminum Die Casting Company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire plant operations including production, EHS, Quality, Maintenance, planning, Stores, Dispatch, and administration. Reporting directly to the MD, you will play a crucial role in streamlining plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Your duties will also involve ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, formulating strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives, and managing the budget and P&L for the plant operations. One of the key aspects of your role will be to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering effective communication between different departments. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and maintenance of plant equipment and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to drive operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in fabrication, machining, forging, die casting, or related fields. Previous experience working with metals, particularly Aluminum, will be highly advantageous.
