Plant Head

As the Plant Head at our Ludhiana location, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Alloy Steel Plant with a focus on Ladle Refining Furnace, production planning, and quality control. With 7 to 12 years of experience in similar roles, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring high-quality output, and leading a dedicated team to success. Your primary responsibilities will include taking full ownership of production planning and execution, operating and optimizing Ladle Refining Furnace processes, and supervising casting processes to meet metallurgical standards. You will be expected to ensure maximum plant uptime and efficiency while implementing stringent quality control protocols and leading initiatives to improve product quality. In addition to managing plant operations, you will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional coordination, and driving process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations, as well as leading plant audits, certifications, and customer inspections.
