Plant Head

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and that the plant operates efficiently and safely, while also managing resources and personnel. Develop & execute plans and strategies to achieve production/Quality & dispatch targets as per the cost & quality standards. - Ensure effective & efficient use of resources i.e. machine, manpower productivity, quality & equipment performance. - Ensure preventive, predictive & autonomous maintenance. Oversee all plant operations and ensure efficient production processes. Maintain high standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals. Ensure the plant operates within budgetary constraints. Lead and mentor the plant operations team for optimal performance. Manage plant safety programs to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and present operational reports to management. In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & all pharma Audits like WHO, USFD, EU, GMP, TGA and to be face them Equally. To manage optional operational cost. Overall plant management from gate Enty of man/material to gate exit. Stonge team building Activity. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
