Position: Plant Head Location: Valsad Budget: 10-12 LPA Years of experience: 10+ years Candidates from similar manufacturing like BIC Cello or any FMCG industry are preferred. A leading manufacturing group into pens and stationery is hiring for the below position. Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production processes Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets Manage plant budgets and ensure adherence to financial goals Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork Implement quality control standards and monitor compliance with industry regulations Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop training programs for staff Requirements Any Graduate Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management or a similar role Proven track record of achieving production metrics and improving operational efficiencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Show more Show less
