Job Description

The Plant Head of Manufacturing at Bluphlux will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations at our plant. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive efficiency, ensure quality, and lead a team to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing management and a proven track record of improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.
Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing goals with company objectives.
Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
