Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the Technical Lead, mentoring and guiding the avionics hardware engineering team.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions that meet application and compliance needs.
Participate in business conversations and contribute vital technical insights for opportunity assessment and proposal building.
Oversee delivery of engineering outputs and ensure alignment with program milestones, quality, and certification requirements.
Address customer technical queries with precision and professionalism to strengthen long-term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers and prepare proactive technical proposals.
Develop and optimize methods, processes, standards, and workflows for efficient task execution and control.
Lead design and development of hardware modules and manage release processes through the full lifecycle.
Conduct in-service reliability tracking, root-cause investigations, and corrective action management.
Manage non-conforming material handling and lead production modifications, upgrades, and obsolescence plans.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Avionics and Aerospace Hardware
Experience in hardware design and development
Knowledge of firmware and system architecture (preferred) and 'Source to Pay Life cycle
Knowledge in Source to Pay Life cycle
Good customer management and communication skills
Leadership and mentoring ability
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
